There is an immediate requirement for a sales advisor to join a leading national homebuilder on a full time/ Permanent basis.
Reporting to the sales and marketing manager, the successful candidate will carry out all aspects of the day to day running of the sales information centre, maintain necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales progress
Typical duties will include, but are not limited to;
*Represent the Company in sales negotiations and administration in a professional and timely manner.
*Follow the sales process set out to ensure full compliance with Company procedures.
*Respond to all enquiries
*Deal with all visitors to the sales centre in a polite and efficient manner.
*Ensure that the customer is kept informed of the progress of their purchase.
*Generate sales by offering relevant purchase assistance schemes, as directed by the Company.
*Deliver high quality home demonstrations in conjunction with the build/maintenance teams in the home that the customer has purchased.
*Carry out daily tasks required for each of the specified sites within the hub.
*Liaise with the Sales Team Leader regarding customer appointments.
It is assumed the successful candidate will hold the following skills & experience. However, candidates with similar, transferable experience are welcomed to apply:
*Previous experience in a customer facing, sales environment
*Previous experience with the construction industry, in particular a residential house builder would be advantageous
*Strong negotiation and sales skills
*The ability to deal with customer questions and complaint
*Willing to be fully flexible in day duties and working hours
