Type of Work: temp 6 months + Working hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday 8: 00 am to 16.15 Salary: £9.40 Location: Maidstone My client is now seeking to recruit full time receptionist to work in busy reception in engineering company in Maidstone. The appropriate candidate will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week. Responsibilities: Greet visitors, arrange signing in and inform staff of their arrival, ensure visitors are briefed on security and HSE arrangements respond to incoming calls promptly and re-route as appropriate Sort incoming mail. Process, sort and frank postage and courier parcels throughout the day ready for postal and courier Track and check invoicing, of couriered goods/docs as and when required Manage stationery cupboard and stock Manage and issue temporary access cards Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times Provide additional reception cover for holidays and sickness Complete 256 activity, which may include a basic driving requirement when receiving vehicle handover Requirements: Ability to manage multiple priorities Driving license Professional/Discretionary manner both in person and on telephone Excellent customer service skills Flexibility in approach to tasks Able to liaise with staff and visitors at all levels Basic knowledge of Word & Excel If you think this role might be of an interest please contact Marta Kosnoand forward your CV Omega Resource Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
