1st Line Service Desk - Darlington - 3 Months Contract - £15ph umbrella
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Professional with good communication and customer service skills to be responsible for the logging and resolution of incident and support workload, including ensuring all pertinent information is recorded in the Service Management software system.
This role will involve providing mainly telephone based 1st line IT support to their internal clients;and transferring to 2nd or 3rd line support when required. You will be working within strict SLA's.
To be suitable for this opportunity; you must have experience of working on a helpdesk; either for an IT Support company or in-house. You will have experience of Microsoft including:
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
The rate for this position is £12ph based on umbrella/ limited. This position is available full time Monday - Friday 37 hours a week. This is due to run until December 2014 with a high chance of extension.
This role is based in Darlington.
