Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for our prestigious client based in Colchester.
Working Monday to Friday up to 41 hours per week.
This is a 3-6 month contract.
Pay Rate: £7.97 per hour
* The successful candidate will be part of a team that will concentrate specifically on the handling of high volumes of both inbound and outbound calls and processing customer's orders
* They will be responsible for raising any safety concerns immediately
* Other key responsibilities will include effective communication with key stakeholders, complaint handling, accurate recording of data and upholding company values
* We would anticipate the successful candidate to have proven administration skills; able to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups; excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation); ability to work on own initiative as well as a team player.
* Good telephone manner, good Microsoft knowledge.
* Ability to work within a team and lone work.
* The ability to work under pressure and hit targets
* SAP knowledge, Microsoft and Google Drive
