Monday-Thursday Teaching Assistant KS1 & KS2. September 2018 Pay Range: £50-£65 per day dependent on experience Teachers UK are seeking an excellent teaching assistant to work in an Ofsted rated good, school situated in the North Nottinghamshire area. This is a part time position (4 days per week) with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team and have the following qualities: * Hold a current recognised TA qualification * Have recent experience of working within a classroom environment * Have knowledge and understanding of the current KS1 and KS2 curriculum complexities * Ensure the individual needs of the pupils are met through working closely with the class teacher. * Support the teacher in all aspects of classroom organisation. * Follow the school's behavior policy to support all learners * Actively take part in professional development, and sharing expertise and experiences as required * Work alongside other members of staff to review and innovate the curriculum * Work co-operatively as part of a team * Interact with data outcomes in order to identify areas for development * Support the planning of strategies to close gaps in progress and attainment * Work with groups/individual learners to support progress * Be organised & timely in meeting deadlines * Have a positive outlook on school life * Develop positive relationships with parents * Be enthusiastic, energetic & passionate We can offer you: * The opportunity to work with a supportive team * A welcoming and friendly school * A supportive Governing Body * The opportunity to make an outstanding contribution to our school * Excellently behaved children * Supportive parents * A commitment to continual professional development * A well-resourced and happy school If you would like further information please do not hesitate to contact Emma Wright or email
