If you've worked in a process manufacturing environment whether Food, Paper, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Beverages or ideally Chemical in a production focused role I'm very interested in speaking with you. Due to the current level of business this world class manufacturing plant are looking to recruit a number of Process Operators to work onsite in the Norwich area. You should have a steady work background, be physically fit, have a strong understanding of Health & Safety Practises and be PC literate. The role is working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and offers a fantastic opportunity to work with an outstanding chemical company. Full in-depth training is offered and there's an excellent chance for you to take on and be trained in additional skills as your career progresses Key requirements for the Process Operator role are: Prior experience of working in an Operator role within a process sector such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Food, Paper or Fire Fighting Experience of monitoring and controlling manual and computerised systems Ideally hold C&G and NVQ qualifications in Processing Industries Operations Be Physically Fit and PC Literate The role is a permanent position working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 x 12 Hour Days, 2 x 12 Hour Nights) based around a 42 Hour Working Week. Basic salary for the role including antisocial & flexibility allowance is up to £33k plus an excellent benefits package including Pension Scheme (14% contributory) , Bonus Scheme, Private Medical, Onsite Medical Centre, Free Car Parking, Cycle to Work Scheme and 18-day break after 7 Shift Cycles. This position offers an excellent opportunity for personal progression and training will be offered in emergency response roles such as Fire Crew, Incident Control and First Aider.
