Our client based in Corby is recruiting a marketing Communications Manager on a permanent basis to develop effective multi-channel internal stakeholder communications and external communications to inform, motivate, engage and inspire the respective audiences, in line with the company objectives. Working in a vibrant team who are engaged in brand building via PR, event management, commercial digital projects, digital and social media communications etc. Key Responsibilities:- Devise, own and measure communications plans to ensure all communication is effective. Work within the corporate tone of voice and brand guidelines for external consultant communications. Work with sales & training to understand their requirements, gain buy-in and seek relevant approvals. Support the management of the Facebook community group. Provide support for the business to develop communications as required. Identify opportunities for improving all communication methods including digital systems - implementing new ideas as appropriate. Understand the direct selling business model and how the principles can apply to communications. Internal Communications You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and Head of HR to devise, manage and iterate on rollout of the brand internally. Set the tone of voice for internal stakeholder communications in line with brand. Support the team to deliver 3 issues per year of the stakeholder magazine Identify, develop and implement improvements to current internal communications processes and output. Understand the Employee Ownership model, and work with the HR team to develop stakeholder communications to support the company employee owned proposition. Advise leadership, management and other stakeholders of developments throughout the organisation, both face to face and through regular written communication. Marketing Take the lead on the development of the Steps Plan to ensure it is effective for users Understand marketing (e.g. ASA) and food legislation to ensure marketing and communications do not compromise the company reputation or position. Manage the development of marketing materials and their promotion to various audiences. Support the team to deliver social media campaigns targeting various audiences. Support the team to respond to marketing support queries accurately and within set time parameters. Support the team to manage the marketing asset bank. Budget responsibility Understand, track and report on marketing and communications budget. Manage under/overspend and reallocating monies if required. Measuring Run research and/or surveys to monitor engagement and effectiveness of campaigns. Measure the effectiveness of communications and make required adjustments to improve effectiveness. To be considered you will need the following abilities/skills/experience:- Strong ability to communicate effectively both in written and spoken form Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, consultants in the field, and external agencies. Excellent copywriting, proof reading and editing skills with close attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication. The ability to source stories and information from stakeholders and consultants in the field. Creative thinker. Organised approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. At least 3 years' experience in communications. People management skills including objectives and KPI setting.
