This is an opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to join a leading aseptic and containment systems manufacturer who, from their very early days, have developed and maintained prestigious international client portfolios, which is based on a reputation for delivering excellence. The purpose of the Technical Sales Engineer is to have a direct impact on the success of the company by handling and executing to a high level, the full end to end sales and order process of all products, from initial client contact, through to order placement. Responsibilities of the role - Delivering new equipment sales in line with business expectations and assigned targets, taking into consideration volumes, values and margins as well as maintaining and developing existing business relationships and key accounts, realising full potential through building customer loyalty, ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry. - Preparation of sales reports, feeding back on territory performance and opportunities including successes, market developments and and concerns. - Attending roadshows and exhibitions, across the UK and the globe and developing & delivering presentations where necessary to successfully promote the business and increase awareness in the market. About you To be successful within this role, you will have a proven track record of effectively building relationships, with the use of technical knowledge and know-how, to grow existing relationships as well and bringing new business on board and maintaining all to a high standard You will be able to converse well with all areas of the business in order to support your role and targets within that role; supporting areas such as Application, Design, Projects and Control to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of any concept design through to final design / quotation for all equipment. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings therefore would be a great advantage. You will also have good business acumen and market knowledge, in order to keep ahead of the market and relay any changes, challenges or opportunities to the wider business and support the business to maximise on any opportunity there may be. Health and Safety and employee happiness are a key consideration to the business so adhering to regulations and procedures in relation to this is required.
