Summary Administrative Assistant Salary Scale BR3 - £17,887 to £18,836 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Approx. £15,322 p.a.) Riverside School is a forward-thinking and innovative all-age special school with a diverse population: our 270 pupils are based on two sites, St Paul's Cray and Beckenham, in the London Borough of Bromley. Pupil, family and staff engagement is extremely important to us and we strive to involve the whole school community in making Riverside a safe, happy, and truly outstanding place for our pupils to learn. Our talented, multi-disciplinary staff team have the highest expectations of our pupils and we aim to provide the kind of specialist education which families want for their children. This is an important role in our busy school having responsibility for providing reception cover, clerical and administrative support in the school offices. We require an organiser to work for 36 hours per week during term time who would be required to work at both Riverside St Paul's Cray and Riverside Beckenham sites. Previous similar experience would be an advantage along with confidence with working with ICT systems and an upbeat, professional and flexible nature.
