Summary We are seeking to appoint an Enquiries Assistant to join our busy team to deliver a first class service to enquiries regarding the University and promote Higher Education and BGU to young people, their parents, education providers and other organisations. This position will deal with a number of enquiries, in person, via phone, email, WhatsApp and online messaging. The post holder should be confident in dealing with members of the public and be able to communicate clearly and accurately. Working as part of a team they will be responsible for managing the reception desk of the applicant centre to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times, liaising with various internal departments and some external bodies when needed to deliver accurate and timely information for enquiries. At busy times, supporting other team members with on and off campus events will be necessary, including overnight stays and school & college visits. All applicants should be educated to Level 3 or equivalent and hold a current UK driving licence. Excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, a methodical approach and a willingness to travel are essential requirements of the post.
