Lookers are looking to recruit a talented Vehicle Administrator to join us in our busy Volkswagen dealership in Newcastle to support with the day to day running of our operations department in providing high quality administration support to our sales executives. You will be someone who takes pride in high standards, has experience working in an administration role within the car sales industry and the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities. Self-motivation and strong organisation skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. We are looking for someone to join us on a full time basis Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. About the role Joining us as a Sales Executive, means you will support and guide each customer throughout the buying process. It's a fast paced, busy role and you will be the key point of contact for each customer visiting the centre, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time. The Role: Meeting and exceeding objectives, achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling vehicles and promoting finance, insurance and accessory products. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded. Naturally building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits. Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements/ news.
