Job Description


We're working with one of the UK's leading manufacturing and assembly companies who have experienced exponential growth over the last 12 months. Due to their current level of business and their continuous expansion plans they are looking to recruit for an Assistant Site Manager that has vast experience within the house building sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in client prestart meetings.
  • Overall control of daily site activities.
  • To assist with sub-contractors and hire equipment companies
  • To communicate with subcontract trades for RAMS, pre-start meetings, progress updates and sign off of works.
  • To ensure close working relationship with client site team.
  • To contribute towards site progress/update meetings.
  • Ownership of snagging/handover process.
  • Ownership of weekly site requisitions.
  • Ownership of clear communication of all sub contract trade on site.
  • Responsible for providing all requested weekly/monthly reports.
  • Responsible for all onsite QSHE documentation.
  • Responsible for all onsite QSHE daily activities.


- SMSTS Certificate
- CSCS Card (Management level)
- First Aid qualification
- Must be computer literate
- Willing to travel nationwide
