The successful candidate must have at least 5 years proven track record of successful care home management, a relevant professional qualification, good knowledge of care standards, CQC Policies and Procedures compliance, strong leadership and effective management skills.
As a Home Manager you must also have the ability to understand and evaluate complex situations and use a holistic approach to problem solving, a good knowledge of financial / budget controls and be able to demonstrate a high commitment to customer focus and continuous improvement within the home.
