Job Description

Working for a communications provider who are expanding their current sales department by appointing telesales specialists to work alongside our sales department. We are looking for well-mannered and well-spoken individuals with a real drive to start approaching businesses to introduce our range of communication products and book appointments for our sales team to develop into a successful sale.


  • Prospecting, qualifying & generating new sales leads to support the sales team.
  • Able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
  • Actively manage leads and liaise with Account Managers to assist in the closure of sales.
  • Maintain a constant healthy sales pipeline that meets the business targets/goals.
  • Contacting SME decision makers via telephone to generate new business leads.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.


  • You must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
  • Good analytical skills, someone who can produce informed reports on progress of work.
  • A friendly and professional work manner and an organised approach to all tasks undertaken.
  • You must have the confidence to work under your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
  • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
  • Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
