Your new company
This technology driven company is seeking an additional .Net developer to join their Agile delivery team based in Guildford. The company have a strong pipeline of project work and due to sustained growth are now in a position to grow their core team.

This company will take on a mid-level developer that is language agnostic and can work across technologies with ease.

Your new role
This is predominantly a hands on position working with modern technologies for a Tier 1 global financial client, amongst other projects for big international brands. You'll be responsible for the design, build and running of a suite of bespoke applications to ensure the client stays ahead of the curve for payment solutions. The role extends further and you will have the opportunity to work on other projects looking at emerging concepts like beacon technology and big data.

It is a challenging environment and an eye opener as developers have real autonomy and control over workloads. The tech you work on will reach millions of users and be utilised by household industry leading organisations. As the company grows a team lead position is realistic but your passion now should remain with mastering .Net Development.

Now approaching 15 years in business my client have grown cover the entire software spectrum from front and back end, to cross platform and native applications.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a minimum 2:1 degree in a technical discipline and at least 2.5 years commercial experience in software development. You will need to be well versed in C# .Net, MVC and SQL Server.

Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial due to the broad project work that becomes available through client requirements - PHP, Android, iOS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Unit Testing.

Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to self-manage projects, which will be questioned at interview.
