Full-time (37 hours per week) HR Business Partner contract to start on 07-01-19 until 20-01-19 with a possible extension.
The post holder will develop trusted relationships with colleagues across the work environment in order to fully understand the needs of the organisation so they can deliver appropriate HR support and advice to a range of stakeholders. To work on themed HR projects as determined by the Head of HR, Senior BPs or ER Manager. Maintain and continually develop a strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice as it relates to all aspects of people management and the employment relationship. Provide credible advice and support to managers on workforce planning and resourcing matters including S188 processes, change management, TUPE, complex terms and conditions, in line with policies and procedures recommending review and development where necessary. Develop strong, pro-active partnerships with managers to drive up standards of conduct, performance and attendance to improve organisational efficiency. Have an overview of case activity and respond to escalations appropriately and in line with agreed objectives and targets.
