Job Description

Summary

Pertemps Recruitment currently require temporary Administrators to work with a large public sector client based in Glasgow city centre.

This is a temporary role, expected to last for around 4 weeks, however this could be extended. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. There may be some flexibility with these working hours. Rate of pay will be an excellent £9.56 per hour.

There will be staggered start dates for these positions. The first intake is expected to take place on Monday 14th January, and then the 21st & 28th January thereafter.

Within this role you will be responsible for processing applications. The crux of the role will involve sifting through applications on a case management system, to ensure each of them are fully is completed. You will then pass the information to a decision team or a telephony team, depending on whether further information is required or not.

Skills/Experience Required

Excellent data entry skills
Ability to hit the ground running
Ability to pass security checks
A current Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate is required for this role - If you do not have this, you must be prepared to purchase one immediately, at your own expense
