Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including (but not limited to) matching purchase invoices to delivery notes, preparing supplier payment runs, chasing payment from debtors and managing invoice queries from customers and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed You will either have previous experience of working within an accounts function or be studying towards AAT with your sights set on a career within accounts. Training can be provided but you will be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently and on your own initiative. You will have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
What you'll get in return In return for working 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), you will receive a salary in the region of £15,000 - £17,000. 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus an additional days leave for your birthday.
