Finance Assistant - Temp to Perm - Cardiff Bay - £10.30 per hour
Your new company Your new company are a large private sector organisation based within Cardiff Bay. They have a global network of offices and have over 10,000 customers worldwide. You will be working within a relatively small finance division and helping with a backlog of work, with the chance of the role to go permanent.
Your new role You will be assisting with the management of accounts receivable including allocation of daily bank statements, cheque banking and dealing with related queries. Maintaining and supporting the invoicing process, including the creation of invoices and accounts receivable dunning process, responsible for the preparation of various balance sheet reconciliations.You will also be the first point of contact for finance queries, investigating and advising of solutions.
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have proven experience within bookkeeping/accounts assistant roles, credit control and have a close attention to detail. You will also have experience on a accountancy system, have strong verbal and written communication skills and be competent using Microsoft excel.
