Are you a 1s line/service desk analyst looking for your next challenge?
Will you be able to provide a high level of customer service whilst providing solutions to tight deadlines?

Then this Service Desk Analyst role may be for you!

My client is a fast growing MSP that is looking to grow their IT team. To do this they are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide BAU Support on a daily basis. You must be enthusiastic and have a passion for technology and wish to build on your current technical skills. You must also have at least 6 months in a dedicated IT department. A vast knowledge and understanding of IT systems is desirable however full training and support will be given to improve your skillset and develop your knowledge in key areas. There will be times where you will be expected to work without supervision so a mature attitude and work ethic is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To solve and troubleshoot tickets to SLA's and deadlines
  • To accurately log all incidents and ensure all relevant data is obtained whilst being logged on the incident management system
  • To escalate all key decisions to the correct decision makers such as your Line Manager as they arise.
  • To develop, mentor and support your own skill set and knowledge base.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 6 months experience as an analyst in a dedicated IT department.
  • Windows Operating Systems knowledge
  • Experience of working to ITIL
  • Clean UK Driving License


Desirable Skills

  • ITIL V3 experience
  • Citrix Support
  • Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Cisco Support
