A leading IT services organisation are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their team based in the West Midlands. The role will be to manage the performance of services provided to clients against the contractual agreements.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing MSP and work alongside enterprise level clients.
Travel will be required to customer sites - driving license is essential.

The position is focused around business processes to ensure SLA/KPI performance is maintained. This role focuses on ITIL principles of problem, change and incident management.
Experience from a technical background or a similar IT services organisation would be highly desirable.
The Service Delivery Manager Is responsible for the delivery of the managed service - SLA's (KPI's), and for driving service improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve service delivery to the accounts
Salary on offer is £45-55,000 + Benefits
