Your new company
Your new company provides services to the police, fire service, NHS and others. They aim to help people lower pension shortfalls, increase revenue and make costs cheaper through their essential services.

Your new role
Your duties will include processing and checking a variety of pension case work, ensure the deadlines are met and liaising with customers to obtain information. You will also develop an understanding of current regulations and overriding legislation. Other ad hoc duties will be included as per the manager's instructions.

What you'll need to succeed
In this role you will need to have some form of pensions experience and a personality that represents positivity, working flexibility and a 'get stuck in' attitude. You will also require to undertake some math calculations correctly and have the ability to use Excel and Word. Being able to work to deadlines and have the ability to provide good customer service skills at all times.

What you'll get in return
You will be working for a great, successful business working the hours of 9-5pm. You will receive £20,000 salary and the position is a fixed term contract until June 2019 to start with. This position is also located in Preston city centre and has great access to public transport.
