We are looking for a motivated individual to join our customer service team with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service and helping people. The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to be the first point of contact for the association in person, online and via telephone dealing with a wide range of queries and problems. In addition to this the customer service team carry out a range of other administration and tenancy related duties.

You will be experienced in delivering high levels of customer service, have experience of working with vulnerable people and sometimes challenging behaviour, preferably in customer service type roll but this is not essential. You will be a clear communicator, able to work calm under pressure and represent the organisation in a professional and positive manner.
