Summary
Acorn is currently looking for an office assistant to work in a company based on the outskirts of Swansea.
Duties will include:
· Interacting with Customers
· Use of the Photocopier and Scanner
· Data Entry, answering calls & taking customer orders
· Assist to set up new customer accounts
· Answering customer questions and confirm customer orders
· Interact with directors when necessary
· Maintain accurate records
· Clerical duties- mailing and filing, placing orders
· Set up and maintenance of product information
Ideal candidate:
· Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred
· Attention to detail
· Professional Appearance
· Excellent communication and customer care skills
· Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred
· Self-Driven
· Excellent Typing Skills
· Maintain a strict level of confidence
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
· Ability to work along or as part of a team
· Excellent organisational skills
· Reliable and punctual
This position is temporary to permantent for the right candiate.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 1pm.
Transport would be an advantage due to location.
