About the role

Due to phenomenal growth in our business, we now have a requirement for a people focused individual with a vibrant personality to support with the administration related to recruitment within our In-house recruitment function based at Braehead, Glasgow. You will possess first class verbal and written communication skills and have excellent IT skills. What you'll doSupporting the Resourcing team with;

• Advertising vacancies on our website and some other job boards
• Working as part of our HR function, assisting with shortlisting candidates, screening CVs and applications
• Telephone screening/telephone interviewing applicants and ensuring the best quality of candidates are shortlisted for interview.
• Arranging interviews and ensuring candidates have all the information required.
• Using our applicant tracking system to process candidate applications through to offer.
• Ensuring candidates are kept up to date on their application and have a first rate experience

What you'll need

• Experience gained from an administration role, preferably from a recruitment or HR background although this is not essential
• Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills with the confidence to speak with candidates over the telephone
• A passion for administration and highly computer literate with experience and proficiency with standard Microsoft tools and applications.
• Strong organisation and planning skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Co-operative, enthusiastic and really supportive team player.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30am till 5pm and will be based at our offices at Glasgow, Braehead.
