Job Description

Our Northampton based client is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their growing business following an internal restructure.

A successful candidate will have experience working within a diverse and varied HR Manager post previously and be comfortable working across multi-sites with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

Duties Include:

  • Recruitment of all staffing required for growth and restructure purposes
  • To be heavily involved with organisational departmental planning
  • Ability to manage and maintain performance management and improvement systems
  • Responsible for managing compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
  • To manage employee on boarding, development and training on an ongoing basis
  • Policy development
  • Employee relations
  • Administration of all company compensation and benefits schemes
  • Responsible for ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Employee services and counselling

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience working within a HR Management positon
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • ER experience
  • Experience covering multi-site
  • Awareness of Safeguarding and the education industry is essential
  • A DBS check will be completed
  • Experience within an education or training background would be preferred but not essential
