Summary

Role: Compliance, Risk and Assurance Manager
Location: Camden, NW1 8EH
Work pattern: 35 hrs, Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Start date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become next Compliance, Risk and Assurance Manager working for a great company in the housing sector. This role will be critical in the organisation and you will working with a range of staff including the Senior and Executive leadership. You will be providing support in regards to corporate compliance, policy, risk assurance and business continuity. For this role you need to have sound technical experience in corporate compliance areas relevant to the Housing Sector including Social Housing's regulatory standards, Ant Money Laundering, Anti-Fraud and PCI. You must also be able to demonstrate experience of working collaboratively at senior management level and demonstrate experience and understanding of corporate risk management both strategic and operational. Key Responsibilities
*You will provide technical advice to the business on regulatory and compliance matters.
*You will keep updated on emerging and new areas of corporate compliance and advise Senior Management of any actions which need to be taken.
*You will work with senior Management to ensur4e that regulatory returns are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
*You will work proactively and constructively with business managers to help them understand compliance requirements.
*You will support managers in develop0ing control frameworks that deliver regulatory compliance.
*You will maintain and develop the corporate assurance framework and lead on the feedback and learning.
*You will support senior management in the development and embedding of proportionate risk management processes across the company.
*You will support and develop the Company's risk management strategy.
*You will be the line manager for the Business Continuity and Policy Officer.

Experience/Qualification:
*Expertise in corporate compliance areas relevant to the company and the housing sector.
*Experience of working with senior management.
*Experience and understanding of corporate risk management both strategic and operational.
*An experienced people manager.
*High Levels of IT literacy
*Degree Level Education
*Highly developed report writing skills.
