Job Description

Summary

This is a new role within the College with the successful candidate being responsible for supervision over the College procurement and accounts payable functions.
Based in a busy Finance Department on the Tycoch campus, you will take the lead on value for money related activities.
You will have experience of supervising in an office environment and possess good report writing skills, data analysis and presentation skills. The ability to work with minimal direction and to meet strict deadlines is a must and so the candidate will need to be flexible, highly organised and work as part of a team.
You will possess at least a Level 5 qualification in a Business, Finance or Procurement related area and also hold five GCSE's (grade A-C) or equivalent in Maths and English.
Proficient Welsh language skills have been identified as desirable for this role. Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.
