Selection Criteria Experience, Skills & Knowledge: • Experience in a retail clothing environment or customer focused environment • Knowledge of selling skills • Knowledge of how to provide excellent customer service • Working as part of a team or knowledge of effective teamwork skills • Knowledge of till operations and cash handling procedures • Knowledge of display techniques, merchandising clothing, stock management • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures Personal Attributes: • Passionate about customer service and putting the customer first • Good communication skills, able to talk confidently to customers about products and promotions. • A friendly, approachable nature with the ability to empathise with our customers. • An honest, trustworthy individual with integrity. • A flexible approach to suit the store operations • A smart appearance which projects the right image to our customers. • An individual who is motivated by selling and gains satisfaction from contributing to a well-run store. • Good organisational skills, which enable them to ensure all tasks set are completed to the required standard and on time. • An individual who seeks development opportunities and is willing to actively contribute to improve store operations • Enthusiasm, flair and the ability to work on their own initiative.
