The Role In this role, you will support individuals to develop skills in aspects of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and shopping. You will also help people to engage in work, social and leisure activities in the community. Your manager will work alongside you to help develop your practice, gain an understanding of each individual you work with, and create positive person centred solutions which enable individuals to live fulfilled day to day lives.
