Langley House Trust has an opportunity for a Head of Offender Management to join our team in Coventry on a permanent basis working a minimum of 37 hours per week. This post includes considerable travel and overnight stops can be expected, with some opportunity for home working. You will also be part of the Trust's on-call rota. The successful candidates will receive a salary of £44,831 per annum plus benefits and pension.

As our Head of Offender Management you will lead on offender management, ensuring that the Trust delivers high quality offender risk assessment and management consistently across all Group services, delivering to agreed performance standards and meeting contractual targets.

You will have the opportunity to prioritise referrals received to ensure that all referrals to the organisation are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring that referrals are processed in line with the organisation's policies and procedures.

The post will also be responsible for enabling client influence, engagement and programme activities across the Trust, by engaging and developing new programmes and initiatives and serving the clients' National Consultative Committee for the Trust.

Responsibilities of our Head of Offender Management include:

- Maintain and develop a Christ centred culture, values and reputation
- Assist in the formulating and development of Trust policy and practices
- Deliver the objectives of the Trust as identified in the Business Plan
- Draft plans and budgets for approval and implement and manage the approved plans and budgets
- Provide advice and guidance on risk and ensure that appropriate risk assurance processes operate effectively
-- Enhance the profile of the Trust by developing and maintaining new strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and service commissioners
- Promote a culture of quality, economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
