Pastry Chef required for a 4 star 2 AA Rosette Country House Hotel, situated on the outskirts of Basingstoke. The Hotel has a brasserie restaurant and a 2 Rosette restaurant, covering weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard.
5/7 Days - Straight Shifts - 40-48 hrs per week - fresh food/ private banqueting - LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION AVAILBLE!!!!
Your main responsibilities as Pastry chef will include:
" Producing dishes to meet the required standard
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
" Leading the Pastry Team
What you need to get the job:
" Experience with Pastry
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
" Experience at Rosette Level Advantageous but not Essential
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
" Salary of up £26,000 + share of tips + meals on duty & Live in Accommodation if required.
