Are you ready for a new challenge? At StadiumTM we are looking for a Sales Manager to join the rewarding world that is Events, Training and Facilities Management. Our business portfolio boasts work with various football clubs around the UK, The Olympics, Glasgow Commonwealth Games, Merseyrail and many more.

Part of this portfolio is our Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solutions. This is an exceptional area of growth for our business and we are looking for the right person to drive this forward in sales.

If successful, you will be taking charge of our sales of HVM solutions which would place you at the forefront of the UKs leading provider of temporary HVM.

Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.

This role will be based in London or surrounding areas, so proven contacts within the area and industry are a must. We can offer great personal development opportunities, the chance to work on exciting projects and events, and all this with a fantastic team to support you along the way!

Travel would be applicable in this role so a car allowance will be included as well as company laptop and phone.

**The role of the Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Sales Manager would include but not be limited to;**

* Hitting KPIs and targets each month set by the Managing Director
* Expanding existing customer relationships and establishing new customer bases
* Tapping into new markets to expand the sales of HVM
* Meeting clients and potential customers to discuss HVM solutions and to demonstrate various solutions we supply
* Keeping up to date with the latest products and competitors
* Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales
* When dealing with current customers, making sure that the solutions still fits their needs or offering an alternative
* Attend industry shows and conferences to learn and promote the business

**The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience;**

* Proven track record in a high-pressured sales position
* Understanding of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation solutions and relevant industry experience
* Experience of leading sales for a company
* Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales
* Highly target driven

Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00- 17:00, however this role may require some flexibility to meet business needs.
