CMA Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Manager for our client, a global brand near Hook, Hampshire. This is a high profile role within the organisation and you will be taking ownership of the AP function and driving SLA delivery.
Key activities will include: *Manage the P2P function, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and query resolution; *Produce and analyse performance metrics on direct reports and team performance; *Manage, lead and develop AP team ensuring performance targets are met; *Provision of appropriate reporting for review and to support key stakeholders; *Develop and improve processes and document accordingly; *Provision and development of insightful reporting to senior leadership team Candidate Attributes: *Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a large AP function in a shared services role *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Senior stakeholder management experience *Transformation experience would be an advantage *Experience in identifying and implementing significant process improvements
