Customer Service Sales Support - £16,500 - £20,000 - South of Sheffield - Start ASAP
Your new company Your new company is one of Europe's most innovative Design and Manufacturing companies based in South Sheffield.
Your new role You are responsible for answering phone calls from customers, taking sales orders, putting those on to the system, processing sales orders and managing the full order process. You will further be responsible to build long term relationships to your customers and manage their accounts. Ultimately you are responsible to ensure full customer satisfaction, up selling and cross selling. You will further communicate within the business so that all parties are on the same page.
What you'll need to succeed You are highly customer focused and bring recent experience working in a Customer Service Administrator role. You have worked within Sales previously and know how to drive businesses forward through excellent customer service.
What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £16,500 - £20,000, depending on previous experience, working days are Monday until Friday, 9am until 5pm. Free parking on site.
