RECEPTIONIST We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team. The Receptionist provides prompt, courteous service to customers either on the phone or in person.
What does the receptionist do?
Ensure high quality customer service. Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Schedule and confirm appointments. Check on status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays. Keep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures). Answer emails.
Receptionist Position Requirements : Professional attitude and appearance. Strong customer service skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills.
