Temporary Receptionist - Sheffield City Centre - IMMEDIATE START
Your new company
You will be working for a large company in Sheffield, acting as the receptionist for one of their smaller departments.
Your new role
As the receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors coming into the department. You will book rooms for other members of staff, and schedule departmental meeting rooms / order catering for these.
Within your role, you will also need to carry out general administrative duties, such as scanning and filing documents, inputting data onto the system, answering the telephone and responding to any departmental enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a similar role, and be very personable. Ideally, you will also have experience of general administrative tasks, such as filing and data input.
you will be pro-active and able to manage your own workload, whilst completing your work to a high standard.
