Customer Service Sales Support - South of Sheffield - Start ASAP
Your new company Your new company is a long standing and one of Europe's most innovative Design and Manufacturing company.
Your new role You will be responsible for answering phones, taking sales orders, putting those on to the system, processing sales orders and managing the full order process. Ultimately you are responsible to ensure full customer satisfaction, communicate any delivery delays and manage their expectations. You will further communication within the business so that all parties are on the same page.
What you'll need to succeed You are highly customer focused and bring recent experience working in a Customer Services Administrator role. You are further experience processing sales orders and managing customers expectations.
What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £16,500 - £20,000, depending on previous experience, working days are Monday until Friday, 9am until 5pm.
