Your new company Your new company is providing finance and support for start up businesses. Due to the notable success and continued growth of the team in their London office, they are creating a brand-new division in Sheffield. Your new role Looking for a Customer Care Administrator who has experience in a customer service and team administrator role. You will build and maintain effective relationships with a range of key stakeholders, including their Customers, the Business Advisor team, Product Team and many others.
You will review initial loan application submissions to ensure that all required documentation and information is provided. You will act as the 'owner' of the team phone line and email inbox; managing general customer enquiries and develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and operations.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this position, the company are looking for excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards and someone who is comfortable working with numbers and managing multiple systems. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
What you'll get in return You will receive a highly competitive salary of £23,000, working days are Monday until Friday, working hours are flexible, core hours are 10am until 2pm. 37 hours/week. 30 days holiday, pension scheme (employer contributions 8%), life assurance, performance related bonus and child care vouchers.
