1st Line Support Analyst, up to £25,000, based in Coventry
Your new company This global award-winning engineering company based in Coventry is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to report directly to the Service Desk Team Lead.
Your new role As the new 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be providing support through initial response using phone, e-mail and self-service portal. You will attempt to resolving issues at first contact where possible and work collaboration with Level 2 and 3 Support Analysts for issues that need escalation. You will produce well-documented and actionable tickets to investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents remotely.
What you'll need to succeed For the new IT Support Analyst previous experience in a similar role will lead you to success. You will have strong customer service skills and be a team player, helping you contribute success for the business. You will be able to remain calm under pressure and have a logical approach to problem solving. Previous experience working to KPI's in a high-volume environment of 25+ calls per day is essential.
What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.
