My client, a large multinational technology company, is looking for a 3rd Line Support to join them on a 1-month contact on site in Basingstoke
Role responsibilities For this role you will provide technical support as part of a service delivery. You will be a knowledge leader working on a wide range of systems with no supervision. Also, you will be expected to support less experienced members of the team and wider function in maintaining the availability of the IT service delivered to end users.
Must be experienced in managing systems within SLA
Have great product knowledge
Able to work with no supervision
Must have experience of working with XMPP Chat systems
Full understanding of NATO FAS Apps
Must be able to identify changes of software packages and able to translate this
Aware of JAVA based products
Candidates should hold an active DV Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the process.
