We are looking who for someone to join us as a Strategic Account Coordinator, in Dorking. Your responsibility is to represent the Nuffield brand(s) to our clients.

As a Strategic Account Coordinator you will have responsibility and accountability for the day to day administration of a strategic account portfolio, driving revenue through the accounts base and satisfying the needs of the client and customers and ensuring the positive promotion of Nuffield Health.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Strategic Account Coordinator:

Manage the day to day administration of contracts from our portfolio of Corporate Health Assessment clients. Ensure all contract details are entered into the booking system accurately.

Data entry of corporate clients onto an Excel spreadsheet and upload accurately into the booking system, with the Data Protection Act adhered to at all times. Create reports from the booking system and populate into Excel, these are to be sent to the Account Directors and Corporate Clients.

Liaise with Contact Centre team to ensure accurate bookings for client, handle invoice queries and liaise with the Finance Team, to deal with queries that are sent by the Corporate companies and where applicable handle them directly, liaising with other internal departments to create a response to deal with complaints and liaise with other internal departments where necessary.
Send email merges and letter merges where required, meet corporate clients with the Account Director, onsite at their facilities ensuring that you represent the brand at all times.

Our Ideal Strategic Account Coordinator:

Will have excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English, along with excellent organisational skills

Experience in dealing with customers face-to-face, in managing internal stakeholders with strong administration skills - competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Along with the ability to self-manage and work independently.
