The main duties and responsibilities within this role will be to setup, deploy and collect equipment for the collection and recording of traffic flows, vehicle speeds and other transport data at specified locations throughout the County and neighbouring authorities. Enumerate recorded information and detail in prescribed format.
Numerate and Literate
Use of MS Office Programs
Working with power tools
Processing and checking of data using databases and spreadsheets
Site assessment for Health and Safety
Ability to work with attention to detail, accuracy and show a logical approach
Mature, honest, responsible and committed to work
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Must be willing to wear Fluorescent Jacket and other safety equipment provided
Full, current driving license
Own transport or access to a suitable vehicle
Must be able to perform all duties and tasks with reasonable adjustment, where appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995
