Summary American Express Payment Services are looking for a team of 4 Business Sales Executives, who are a team of office based, temporary appointment setters and lead generators responsible for generating leads for a large number of sales teams within the UK. The SME segment remains a strong opportunity for outstanding growth, and as such we require Business Sales Executives to share in our continued success by joining our highly successful team. This is a telephone based, highly rewarding sales role, with a competitive base salary and an uncapped incentive scheme. This is an exciting opportunity for self-driven, results -oriented individuals who have an understanding of sales and preferably B2B experience. This is a great opportunity for someone to secure a sales role at American Express and secure perm role within 12 months. Key responsibilities Generating new business opportunities via effective targeted calls through cold calling campaigns. Building and managing your own lead pipeline, targeting UK companies with revenues up to $19 million. Identifying key Decision Makers using strong consultative and negotiation skills. Following up and supporting progress on opportunities passed over to Business Development Managers. As a Sales Executive, you'll enjoy a collaborative culture but one where you have control over your earning potential - accordingly you'll receive an excellent, uncapped commission package, based on your personal contribution. Essential qualities Highly motivated and productive self-starter able to work on your own or as part of a team. Strong administration skills & ability to work in a results-driven, high-activity environment. Effective time management. Package Basic of £24,000 Monthly bonus linked to performance Full training is given on products. You will receive full support from your manager to ensure you are successful and develop in the role.
