Appropriate qualifications and/or previous experience would be beneficial. We need a Classroom assistant who is able to support a pupil with complex needs. You should have: The ability to support children in all subjects but especially with developing English, Maths and Social Skills. The ability to build professional relationships with children, staff, parents and governors. A friendly, approachable, calm manner. The ability to follow the classroom teacher's direction and to use your initiative in order to meet learning outcomes. We have fantastic teachers, teaching assistants, governors and, most importantly, children who enjoy learning. Visits to the school are encouraged.
