Summary Becoming a Business Administrator with Optima Legal: Working alongside the existing Business Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for new joiners to Optima Legal, providing a smooth 'keep warm' and onboarding process. Working with candidates, managers and Capita Internal Resourcing, the post holder will help to provide a great welcome to new colleagues, making sure their first experience with Optima is a positive one. What you will do: ž Act as the first point of contact when new joiners are confirmed; Support candidates through the Security Watchdog (vetting) process, ensuring timely completion; Administration support of the staff database and planning tool; Manage new colleagues, movers and leavers on the staff database; Liaise with Capita's internal recruitment business (Capita Internal Resourcing) On-boarding and providing reporting on new joiners and leavers; Support with the distribution of New Hire Surveys / Exit Surveys and reporting against the outputs; Maintain the organisation charts, and staff database hierarchy; Support the wider planning team with tasks as required. Your experience will include: ž Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and prioritising skills A high level of literacy and numeracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages Previous experience as an administrator Project support experience would be advantageous as well as working with HR databases About Optima Legal Optima Legal has over 30 years' experience as a fully regulated law firm.
