Summary Becoming a Customer Service Coordinator with Capita IT & Networks: Capita IT & Networks are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their high performing team based in Newtownabbey. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling reports from customer feedback and training evaluations, managing the administration of the customer feedback surveying process and the escalation of negative and positive experiences to the relevant teams. Please note this position is offered on an initial 9 month fixed basis to cover Maternity Leave.
