Job Purpose: To assist the Cook in Charge in the preparation and serving of meals in a safe, hygienic, efficient manner providing a high standard of customer service Requirements The post holder needs to hold as a minimum: An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake and pass this course within 6 months Responsibilities The post holder is expected to demonstrate: Awareness of risks within a kitchen environment Ability to count cash and cheques Sound basic written and numeracy skills Sound understanding of the English language High standard of hygiene awareness The Individual Please see the job profile for further details.
