Summary Job Title: Principle Change Analyst - Market Risk Reporting Analyst Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Division: Market Risk Management Location: London Opening Date: 13/12/2018 Closing Date: 10/01/2019 Salary: Competitive Overview: Market Risk Management (MRM) & Risk Methodology Change is responsible for managing all change projects across Market Risk Management, meeting requirements from both Risk and Regulators. Key Responsibilities: • Leading Business Analyst/Project Manager on strategic reporting initiatives • Assuming the role of business Subject Matter Expert under the Agile development framework and constructing quantifiable business acceptance criteria • Taking responsibility for test strategy construction and execution • Conducting global training sessions on new functionality roll-out • Demonstrating engagement lead with Finance for Regulatory reporting to meet regulatory compliance Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in the Market Risk domain would be particularly beneficial • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to take individual ownership of tasks • Strong understanding of Agile development principles and an ability to work with globally distributed scrum teams • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence reporting tools (SAS, Tableau, BO) • Capable of coordinating and executing test strategies • In-depth understanding of regulations is good to have e.g. Volcker, BCBS239, FRTB • Able to make essential complex decisions on the basis of information made available • Ability to work independently and with flexibility within intra or inter-departmental groups • Capable of explaining complex concepts and results to all audiences • Competent in Market Risk Concepts, Derivatives, Risk Appetite, Limit Monitoring, SAS visual analytics, SAS HP Risk, SAS Enterprise miner, Tableau Desktop, VBA in Excel, SQL server and Agile Framework Diversity, inclusion and mutual respect are essential elements of who we are.
