Average saving is around £500 per yea The job of Office Manager The Office Manager role is a key role within the business, highlighting the need for an exceptional customer experience in today's customer focused climate. Reporting into the General Manager this role is to ensure every customer has a delightful customer experience journey despite the unfortunate circumstances of their visit. The successful candidate will manage a team of 5 people, coaching and development to generate impressive results through your teams. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the business and will be challenged to exceed profit targets, grow the business and achieve high customer satisfaction levels. You will do this through providing your team with an unclouded vision, maintaining their focus, driving the result, and developing your people in an atmosphere of trust. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the front of house whilst the Workshop Controller will oversee the workshop. You will be jointly responsible for maximising profitability and achieving the operational business plan. You will have responsibility for Health and Safety, transport, administration, invoicing, controlling and maintaining resources, including stocks and minimising the risk of financial loss to the company. You will lead and develop your team to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues with the ultimate aim to achieving an outstanding customer experience. In the job of Office Manager, you will be engaging with your team on a continuous basis to ensure customer focus, performance and managing team objectives. You will ensure that Customer Service is a key priority in your business and will personally monitor and manage all complaints to ensure they are resolved quickly and fairly. Another aspect of this role is to ensure all housekeeping and Health & Safety regulations/policies are adhered to. You will prepare accurate data and statistics in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements and contributing to regional meetings helping identify and promote new business opportunities Another very important aspect of the job is teamwork as you will be working with other colleagues in your site as well as across other functional areas. Naturally, due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence and the relevant qualifications for the job as well as experience in the customer service environment.
